As our Senior Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Business Consulting Team. You will help our clients transform their businesses by automating their business processes and helping them make data-driven business decisions.
Tanggung Jawab
• Help clients identify their business needs and help them understand how our business software can solve their problems • Gather data on clients’ business process, identify opportunities for improvements and provide optimization recommendations • Identify potential software customizations (if any) and ensure that our business software are prepared by our Engineering Team in accordance with clients’ needs • Serve as the primary client contact during client qualification, requirement gathering, coding, implementation, and post-implementation phases • Provide training to clients as necessary
Minimum Kualifikasi
• 1-2 years of experience as business analyst, product manager, project manager, functional/technical consultant, or similar roles Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Information system or equivalent with min. GPA 3.5 • Special interest in accounting and finance, business process optimization and business software • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams
